如何对待你在乎的人和事？对它们假装不在意真的很酷吗？对此，一向对工作投入十足热情的抖森(Tom Hiddleston)在Nerd HQ访谈中给出了“人生导师”级别的回答。

Kenneth Branagh is a big mentor of mine and he said something the other day, somebody asked him a question, I think it's a quote from Shakespeare, from A Midsummer Night's Dream, which is the four words: "take pains, be perfect". And I think his way of saying, you know, don't be afraid of caring.
肯尼斯·布莱纳是我的良师益友，不久前他曾说过一句话，有人问了他一个问题，我想他是引用了莎翁的一部戏剧《仲夏夜之梦》里的台词，是四个词：忍受痛苦，尽善尽美。我认为这是一种说法，你知道的，就是不要害怕去在乎。
When I started acting, I never forget this, there was a guy above me at drama school who used to say, when you have a big audition for a part you really want, you should go out and have a crazy night, and then turn up to your audition hang over and you'll always get the part. I tried that, and it never worked, at all.
在我开始演戏的时候，我从未忘记这件事，有个戏剧学院的学长他常说，当你有个十分想要得到的角色，在角色试镜前，你应该出去尽情地疯一晚上，第二天再去试镜，那样你就会得到那个角色。于是我就试着这么做了，但从来没有成功过。
And then I kind of changed.
之后我做了一些改变。
I gave myself permission to care, because there are a lot of people in this world who are afraid of caring, who are afraid of showing they care because it’s uncool. It’s uncool to have passion.
我允许自己去在乎，因为这个世界上很多人害怕去在乎，或者说害怕表现出他们的在乎，因为这看上去不酷。有了热情就会显得不淡定。
It’s so much easier to lose when you’ve shown everyone how much you don’t care if you win or lose.
你越表现出自己不在乎得失，你在失去的时候就越轻松。
It’s much harder to lose when you show that you care.
你越表现出自己在乎，失去时就越艰难。
But, you'll never win, unless you also stand to lose.
但是，想赢，你就要扛得住失败。
I’ve said it before，don’t be afraid of your passion, give it free reign, and be honest and work hard and it will all turn out just fine.
我以前也说过：不要害怕自己的情感，挥洒你的热情，再加上真诚和勤奋，一切都会水到渠成。
